Charge Air Cooler:
These are constructed of brazed Aluminum in a fully automated environment using the latest technology in Vaccum Brazing Furnaces and are manufactured with unique alloys and advanced tube and fin design to ensure greater efficiency and durability. The products find its application in turbo/non-turbo based engines and can also be used for oil cooling application. The product is designed to replace the conventional equipment's being currently used along with turbo diesel engines and offers the following distinct advantages :

• It offers superior thermal and mechanical fatigue protection for the increased turbocharger air pressure and temperature of today's modern engines.

• It helps maximize power output and minimize fuel consumption and exhaust emission.

• The air-to-water Charge Air Coolers are designed to maximize heat transfer and minimize potential corrosion.

Aluminium Radiators and Oil Coolers :
These are fully integrated units and are being widely used in latest passenger cars being currently manufactured in the country as well as for other application. The average growth in demand in terms of volumes in industry segments viz. automobiles, compressors, pumpsets and power generators is approximately 20 to 25% and our products which are customer specific will definitely find a lions share in the domestic market.The product being an import substitute is also expected to do well in the international market and exports would also contribute substantially to the turnover.
