The founder, Mr.Osman Ali Talab , a man of humble forbearing was born in Mombassa, Kenya in 1940. He started his career at a tender age of 15, as an artisan. In 1963 he migrated to India and through sheer dint of his hard work and initiative, rose to become the head of "Structural Department" of a large Industrial house and remained in employment upto the year 1969.

Pune, being also nicknamed as the "Detroit Of The East" boasted of the best and the biggest name in the 'Diesel Engine' manufacturing segment in the country. With a foresight typically characteristic of the management style which kept paying rich dividends for the next quarter century and till date, Mr.Osman Ali Talab chose to manufacture 'Industrial Radiator' for Diesel Engine Application as the companies principle product.

Constant innovation and design improvement coupled with rigorous Research and Development activity during the ensuing years saw the Product Line ever increasing and diversifying to a range of products in the "Heat Exchanger" family with major emphasis on the following products :

Radiators for heavy duty
    mobile applications.
Radiators for railway
    application.
Shell and Tube type Heat
    Exchangers.
Intercooler and Aftercooler.
Compressor Coolers.
Air to Air Charge Aircoolers.

It isn't surprising therefore that the company also became the first Industrial Radiator manufacturing Company to be awarded the ISO 9001 certification. Further the founder, Mr.Osman Ali Talab was also the recipient of many coveted awards initiated both by the Industry as well as the government, prominent amongst which is the'Udyog Patra' awarded to him at the very hands of the then Vice President of India, Mr. B.D.Jatti on the occasion of the Third Economic Development Conference.

Quality and Reliability of product being the prime mission, the Flagship company initiated and established the following ancillary units at various locations for manufacturing vital Heat Exchanger inputs. Over the last two and one half decades these units became full fledged companies having their own principle product-line and prestigious customer list under the able guidance of the founder and the expert supervision of his two sons Mr. Iqbal Talab and Mr. Salim Talab.
